I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with the centre and main sights just a short walk away. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the room service and laundry services, as well as the free toiletries and mini-bar. The restaurant had a delicious menu, and the in-room breakfast was a great start to the day. the service and facilities exceeded my expectations!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, close to several squares and main sights. Our room was cozy and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of hot water. the staff were very friendly and gave excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. We especially enjoyed the restaurant that served superb food. the hotel provided great facilities such as a courtyard, ample heating, and attentive waiting staff.

The hotel is a bit of a walk outside of the colonial center but taxis are readily available for a reasonable fare.

Great secure parking and a beautiful open-air central courtyard under a see-through cover. Their English-speaking front desk is very helpful in arranging taxis and tours around the city.

A bit of attention to detail is missing here. Despite staying in a spacious and clean room with good radiators, the cleaning could have been better.

Spent New Year's at this hotel and liked the hot water and good breakfast. the location was great, close enough to the city center to walk. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Dislikes about this hotel are that it needs some updating, particularly the furniture, and our room was very stuffy with no windows. the bathroom had ants, which was not pleasant.
